Service Description

Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art which combines sequences of very slow, gentle and rhythmic movements. Some of Tai Chi’s amazing health benefits include: an increase in cardiovascular efficiency, improved coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. Tai Chi can also be helpful for falls prevention, and managing health conditions such as arthritis, or diabetes.
